Nobles Cooperative Ltd is a women-first, member-based cooperative finance platform headquartered in Awka, Anambra State. We help registered members plan, save, borrow responsibly and build with dignity through structured contribution plans, responsible credit, financial education, digital access and caring human support.
RegistrationNo. Nobles is a cooperative serving registered members under cooperative rules. We are not a commercial bank, microfinance bank, government grant platform or instant-loan app. A bank account and a cooperative contribution plan can work together, but they are not the same thing.
RegistrationWomen-first means Nobles deliberately designs products, education and support around the financial realities of women, including market women, mothers, salary earners, young women and women-led businesses. It does not mean that every eligible man, family, employer or community group is automatically excluded.
RegistrationEligible adults who want structured savings, responsible credit, financial education or cooperative support may apply. Nobles primarily serves women, traders, salary earners, artisans, students, parents, business owners, families, groups and associations. Every applicant must complete the applicable registration and verification requirements.
RegistrationNobles products are designed for registered members. A visitor may receive information, product guidance and onboarding support before completing registration, but contribution plans and credit facilities are activated only under the applicable registration and KYC rules.
RegistrationRegistration allows an eligible person to open an approved contribution plan, receive financial education and cooperative support, use available Nobles Vault services and request assessment for suitable credit or ancillary programmes. Registration does not guarantee a loan, a return, a particular limit or immediate access to every product.
RegistrationNo. Registration and shareholding are separate. Becoming a member allows you to begin an approved contribution plan and access eligible cooperative services. Shareholding applies only where a member separately subscribes for approved shares, completes the required process and is entered in the applicable share register.
RegistrationWhere share subscription is available, an eligible member may apply under the approved share terms. The amount, rights, restrictions and evidence of ownership must be disclosed separately from ordinary registration or savings contributions. Paying into a contribution plan does not by itself purchase shares.
RegistrationStart through Nobles Vault, official WhatsApp or assisted registration at the Nobles office. Give the correct details and complete the required identity checks. Then choose a suitable contribution plan and use an approved payment channel.
RegistrationYou will normally provide your full name, active phone number, residential address, date of birth, BVN, NIN and next-of-kin details. Depending on your KYC level or the product requested, Nobles may also require a valid ID, passport photograph, proof of address, employment or business information and other supporting documents.
RegistrationBVN and NIN help confirm identity, match names, reduce impersonation, protect member records and support cooperative, payment and regulatory controls. They are not requested to give automatic loan approval, and they should be submitted only through an official secure channel.
RegistrationYou can begin your savings journey from as little as ₦500 through an approved entry plan such as EasySave. The purpose is to build consistency and financial structure rather than to wait until you have a large amount.
RegistrationAny applicable registration, registration or separate share-subscription charge will be disclosed before payment. Pay only through an approved Nobles channel and keep the official receipt or transaction confirmation. A staff member must not invent or collect an undisclosed fee.
RegistrationYes. Nobles is digital-first, not digital-only. Members who need help may register through official WhatsApp support, assisted office onboarding or an authorised staff process. No member should be shamed or abandoned because she is not yet comfortable with an app.
RegistrationRegistration and contribution-plan access may be available to eligible people outside Awka through Nobles Vault and approved support channels. Credit access is currently more restricted because physical verification, monitoring and recovery may be required; the credit team will confirm whether your location is serviceable.
RegistrationYes. A parent, guardian or sponsor may save towards a child’s or family member’s school, food or future goal through an approved plan. The registered account holder, beneficiary arrangement and payout instruction must follow Nobles registration, KYC and product rules.
RegistrationContact official support and complete the required identity checks. Sensitive changes are not made only from a social-media message. Nobles may request a signed instruction, valid ID, BVN or NIN confirmation, proof of address or another control before updating the record.
RegistrationYes, where required by cooperative rules, incomplete KYC, suspected fraud, unlawful activity, unresolved debt, false information, a member’s verified request or another legitimate control. Closing or restricting registration does not cancel an existing loan, lien, dispute, legal obligation or record-retention requirement.
RegistrationCurrent products include EasySave, Savings Challenge, EduSave, Future Fund, Gold Vault, Food Vault or Onwa Dezemba Plan, WealthCircle and Group Savings. The suitable option depends on your goal, time frame, need for access, contribution capacity and ability to keep funds untouched.
SavingsNobles first asks what pressure or goal you are trying to solve, when the money will be needed, whether you need flexible access and how much you can contribute without harming your household or business. A member should not be pushed into every product or into locking emergency money.
SavingsEasySave is the normal entry point because it is flexible and suitable for building a daily, weekly or monthly habit. Once your goal and time frame are clear, you may move part of the balance into a more specialised plan.
SavingsEasySave is Nobles’ flexible entry contribution plan. It helps members separate money from everyday spending and build consistency through daily, weekly, monthly or occasional contributions.
SavingsEasySave is primarily a discipline and liquidity product and currently earns no return unless management formally approves otherwise. It should not be presented as an investment or guaranteed-return product.
SavingsEasySave is the most flexible Nobles plan. Withdrawals remain subject to completed KYC, available balance, verified payout details, transaction limits, pending liens or obligations and the approved withdrawal process.
SavingsEasySave is flexible, so missing a day or week does not automatically create a debt. Resume with an affordable amount. Nobles may contact inactive members to understand the difficulty and help them restart, but staff should not shame or pressure a member into an unaffordable contribution.
SavingsSavings Challenge is a short-term discipline plan for members who struggle to leave money untouched. You choose an approved amount and period, contribute consistently and keep the money separated until the selected end date.
SavingsAvailable periods may include 15, 30, 45, 60 or another approved number of days displayed in the app or campaign terms. The active option shown when you start is the one that applies.
SavingsNo. Savings Challenge is a discipline product, not a return-bearing tenored plan. Its value is helping you protect money from impulse spending until the date you selected.
SavingsOnly under the active product rules. Early access may be restricted because the purpose of the plan is discipline. Check the app or ask support to explain the applicable consequence before you start or request early access.
SavingsEduSave is a school-expense contribution plan for tuition, books, uniforms, transport and other planned education costs. Parents, guardians, aunties, uncles and sponsors set a realistic target and contribute before school-resumption pressure arrives.
SavingsThe member selects an approved target and contribution rhythm, such as weekly or monthly, based on the time remaining before the school expense is due. The exact schedule and payout date are confirmed when the plan is activated.
SavingsNo. EduSave is not a scholarship, grant or promise that Nobles will pay a member’s fees. It helps the member prepare gradually towards a chosen education target.
SavingsThe current guide allows one free withdrawal per quarter. Additional withdrawals may reduce or forfeit an expected return or attract another approved product consequence. The terms displayed at activation and the signed instruction prevail.
SavingsAn approved return may apply under the active EduSave terms. Nobles will quote the current rate and explain the actual earning for the selected period before activation. The rate is not permanent and must not be described as guaranteed.
SavingsFuture Fund helps you save for a future need. This may be rent, business stock, equipment, exams, moving costs or a family project.
SavingsFuture Fund is generally configured for approved periods within about 3 to 12 months. The current tenor options, contribution plan, return and early-withdrawal rule are confirmed at activation.
SavingsApproved cooperative returns may apply according to the selected tenor and current management-approved rate guide. Nobles explains both the annualised comparison rate and the actual earning for your specific tenor.
SavingsGold Vault is a higher-value tenored contribution plan for members who can lock funds for an approved period and earn an approved cooperative return. It may suit business surplus, salary savings or other money that will not be needed immediately.
SavingsThe current public guide may start from ₦500,000, subject to the active product setting, approved tenor and management review at the time of placement. Confirm the minimum before transferring funds.
SavingsNobles may state a simple per-annum equivalent for comparison and must also state the actual return for the chosen tenor. For example, the current guide describes six months at 12.00% per-annum equivalent as an actual six-month return of 6.00% of capital; twelve months at 14.40% per-annum equivalent produces 14.40% for the full twelve-month tenor.
SavingsNo. Nobles does not use guaranteed-investment, risk-free or double-your-money language. Approved cooperative returns apply only under the selected product terms and may be reviewed for new placements or activations.
SavingsEarly liquidation may reduce or forfeit part of the accrued or expected return. Where the applicable rule uses a charge, it may be equal to 50% of accrued return. Support will confirm the exact effect before you proceed.
SavingsAt maturity, the plan is closed in line with the member’s approved instruction. The principal plus applicable return may move to EasySave or another verified destination. Review the maturity instruction and payout account before the due date.
SavingsFood Vault helps members prepare gradually for household food and December needs instead of waiting until seasonal pressure rises. Contributions are made under an approved cycle, and the member receives the applicable food package or cash option under the confirmed terms.
SavingsActive campaigns may include packages such as Smart Saver, Super Mum, Big Madam and a Cash Anchor option. Package contents, contribution dates, substitutions, cash value and collection arrangements can change by cycle, so the current schedule must be checked before registration.
SavingsThe active cycle states whether the benefit is a food basket, bulk-food allocation, cash option or another approved arrangement, together with the collection or payout date. Members should confirm identification, pickup location, authorised representative rules and any outstanding contribution before collection.
SavingsFood Vault is a savings and planning product. KitchenSaver is a credit-support product that may help an eligible member obtain approved household food support and repay by instalment. Saving and borrowing are not the same.
SavingsWealthCircle is Nobles’ structured sisterhood-of-finance plan for trusted women’s groups, church groups, workplace clusters, market associations and other approved circles that want to save together around a goal or annual plan under documented rules.
SavingsGroup Savings is a structured digital alternative to informal isusu. It can support agreed contributions, rotation order, reminders, records and group accountability through approved Nobles Vault rules instead of relying only on handwritten records or verbal promises.
SavingsThe group should agree its members, contribution amount, frequency, goal or rotation order, missed-payment rule, replacement or exit rule, authorised signatories or administrators, dispute process and use of records. Informal promises must not replace the approved group terms.
SavingsYes. A member may use different plans for different goals, provided each is understood, affordable and properly activated. For example, EasySave may support liquidity while EduSave and Food Vault protect specific future needs.
SavingsYes. A spouse, family member, employer, sponsor or diaspora supporter may fund an account through an approved channel. The beneficiary details and transfer reference must be correct, and the member should confirm that the money was posted to the intended plan.
SavingsYes. Nobles provides responsible credit to eligible registered members after onboarding, verification, appraisal, documentation and approval. Borrowing should help a member grow or reduce pressure safely, not create a deeper debt problem.
LoansAssessment protects the member, guarantors and cooperative. Nobles must understand the purpose, verify the borrower and repayment source, review existing obligations, check affordability and confirm that the proposed amount and schedule are suitable. A responsible lender may say no, not yet or approve a smaller amount.
LoansNo. Registration or app download does not create automatic loan eligibility. Nobles must complete the applicable verification, repayment-capacity review, documentation, credit checks and approval process.
LoansQualification depends on registration status, KYC, a genuine and acceptable purpose, a clear repayment source, affordability, savings and repayment history, business or employment evidence, existing debts, character, guarantors or security and management approval.
LoansRequirements vary by product and may include a completed form, NIN, BVN, valid ID, passport photograph, proof of address, bank or wallet statements, business photographs, stock or sales records, employer confirmation, salary evidence, guarantor documents, cheques, direct-debit mandate, insurance documents and credit checks.
LoansOnly the authorised credit desk and management can approve a loan. A marketer, field officer, agent, contractor or social-media representative cannot promise approval, disbursement or a particular amount.
LoansNobles currently focuses credit access on eligible members who live in Awka or operate a verifiable business within an approved monitoring area. This supports physical verification, relationship management and responsible recovery. The credit team will confirm location eligibility.
LoansPricing depends on the product, tenor, repayment frequency and risk. Current products may use flat-per-cycle or flat-monthly interest together with disclosed fees, insurance and compulsory savings. The offer letter and repayment schedule show the total obligation before acceptance.
LoansSome Nobles credit products fall within a 6% to 10% monthly flat band depending on the product and risk. Flat interest is calculated on the original principal for each month of the approved tenor. The final rate, total interest, fees and instalment must be confirmed in the written offer; a general rate band is not a personal approval.
LoansNo. Approved interest, processing or administration fees, insurance, compulsory savings, forms, cards, verification, bureau checks or other charges must be disclosed before disbursement. Do not pay an unofficial fee or a staff member’s personal account.
LoansDisbursement is made through an approved Nobles channel after all pre-disbursement conditions are met. Depending on the product and risk controls, funds may be paid to the member’s verified account or directly to an approved supplier or vendor.
LoansMarketLift is a short-cycle working-capital loan for known petty traders and daily earners with a fixed trading point, visible activity, daily turnover and a genuine restocking need.
LoansMarketLift currently supports approved cycles from ₦50,000 to ₦150,000. Cycle 1 generally covers ₦50,000 to ₦99,000, while the higher cycle may cover ₦100,000 to ₦150,000 after satisfactory review. The tenor is 25 working or market days with daily repayment.
LoansMarketLift currently uses 10% flat pricing per 25-working-day cycle, taken upfront. Compulsory savings equal to 25% of principal are spread across the cycle. Approved charges include a ₦100 form, ₦200 repayment card and credit-life cover of ₦200 or ₦300 depending on the approved cycle. The exact schedule is explained before disbursement.
LoansMarketLift normally requires NIN and BVN, verified residence and business, a fixed trading point, one acceptable same-market guarantor, a spouse or adult-child reference, stock and cash-flow review, market character checks and a clean credit assessment.
LoansMarketPower is a secured, shop-based working-capital loan for established traders with a stable location, visible stock, verifiable turnover and strong weekly repayment capacity. It is intended for restocking, bulk buying and growth of an existing trading line.
LoansThe current range is ₦200,000 to ₦500,000. Cycle 1 is generally ₦200,000 to ₦300,000, while Cycle 2 may range from ₦301,000 to ₦500,000 after clean Cycle 1 performance and fresh appraisal. The tenor is 16 weeks with weekly repayment and current pricing of 10% flat monthly, totalling 40% interest for four months.
LoansThe current approved structure uses a 1% processing fee and 1% insurance charge taken upfront. Compulsory savings equal to 10% of principal are spread across the 16-week repayment cycle. There is no automatic rebate or top-up; renewal is considered only after full repayment and fresh review.
LoansMarketPower may require at least six months of business statements or records, two acceptable same-market guarantors or an approved collateral route, stock hypothecation, stock verification, cheques or direct-debit controls, Fire and All Perils insurance, loan protection and ongoing monitoring.
LoansUnity Loan is group-based business credit for serious women traders, artisans and micro-business owners who form a self-selected group of five. The group creates accountability, but every member must still pass individual verification and affordability checks.
LoansThe current guide uses approved amounts from ₦50,000 to ₦200,000 per eligible member, a 16-week tenor and 6% flat monthly pricing, totalling 24% interest over the cycle. Each member confirms compulsory savings equal to 20% of the approved loan before release; this savings is separate from the loan amount and is not an interest charge.
LoansThe current guide uses a ₦3,500 processing fee, insurance at 0.5% of principal with a ₦500 minimum, personal weekly compulsory savings equal to 5% of the approved principal spread over the cycle and a ₦1,000 weekly group purse contribution per member. Processing and insurance are spread across the 16 weeks unless the final offer states otherwise.
LoansThe group must be self-selected, know one another, have verifiable business activity and accept meetings, cross-accountability, savings discipline, repayment rules and group records. Each applicant still provides KYC, business and household information and may be declined even if the group is accepted.
LoansEasyPay is salary-backed credit for eligible employees with verifiable salary, stable employment and safe repayment capacity. It may serve approved civil servants and workers in organised private schools, hospitals, companies, churches and other structured workplaces.
LoansThe current guide uses a six-month tenor and 6% flat monthly pricing, with a 3.5% administration fee and 0.5% insurance taken upfront. Affordability is controlled so the monthly obligation remains within a safe portion of verified net salary, generally guided by 33% after existing deductions.
LoansEasyPay may require employer or HR confirmation, salary statements, NIN and BVN, address verification, credit-bureau or CRMS checks, a guarantor and an approved Remita, direct-debit, salary-deduction or other repayment mandate.
LoansEmpower is an asset and business-support facility for eligible members who need income-generating equipment, tools or verified working capital. The approved structure may include a larger first-stage repayment during the first three months and the balance during the next three months. Amount, security and repayment terms are confirmed only after appraisal, and the current single-obligor guide is subject to a maximum of ₦2 million.
LoansKitchenSaver is structured household or bulk-food credit support for eligible members with a genuine need and a predictable repayment source. It is not the same as Food Vault savings. Availability, basket or supplier arrangement, amount, tenor, charges and instalments are confirmed in the approved offer.
LoansA guarantor confirms the borrower’s identity, character and obligation and may become responsible under the signed guarantee if the borrower defaults. A guarantor should read the form, understand the maximum exposure, provide truthful information and never sign a blank document.
LoansNobles will follow the agreed recovery process, contact you and may involve guarantors, mandates, group members or security where applicable. Late or missed repayment can affect your credit record, future appraisal and access to credit. Communicate before the due date when a genuine problem arises.
LoansA restructure is not automatic. Nobles may review a genuine, documented change in circumstances, but the member must communicate early and provide evidence. Approval depends on the product, remaining balance, repayment behaviour, capacity and management decision; additional documentation or terms may apply.
LoansNobles uses respectful and structured recovery. We do not support public humiliation, threats or abusive collection. Repayment obligations remain enforceable, however, and Nobles may use guarantors, group accountability, mandates, security, legal recovery and credit reporting where applicable.
LoansThere is no universal instant-processing promise. Timing depends on the product, completeness of documents, verification visits, credit checks, guarantor or security review, approval and satisfaction of all pre-disbursement conditions.
LoansNobles Vault is the cooperative’s digital registration and savings tool. It helps members register, complete KYC, activate EasySave, receive funds through approved channels, view activity, open suitable contribution plans and build better money discipline from a phone.
Nobles Vault AppYes. The app is free to download. Registration, verification, activation and first funding are the meaningful steps after installation; a download by itself does not create an active member account.
Nobles Vault AppUse the official Google Play listing or the verified link on the Nobles website, official WhatsApp or office materials. Availability on another app store should not be assumed unless Nobles officially announces it.
Nobles Vault AppDownload the official app, enter your correct personal and contact details, complete the required verification, create a secure PIN or password, activate the appropriate entry plan and follow the official prompt for first funding. Staff assistance is available where needed.
Nobles Vault AppKYC access is graduated. Tier 1 may begin with BVN and lower transaction limits. Tier 2 adds NIN and stronger verification. Nobles Vault AppWhere enabled, a registered member may receive a dedicated NUBAN-compliant collection account number for direct transfers into the member’s Nobles profile. Always confirm the account name and number displayed in the app before sending money.
Nobles Vault AppUse the dedicated account details or another approved funding method shown in the app or confirmed by Nobles. Enter the correct reference, keep the transfer receipt and confirm that the transaction is visible before treating it as completed.
Nobles Vault AppApproved products may be available after registration, EasySave activation and the required KYC. Read the goal, tenor, contribution, return, maturity and withdrawal rules before confirming a plan.
Nobles Vault AppLoans are only available to registered members. Please visit our office so our team can guide you.
Nobles Vault AppSign in through the official app and review the available balance, product balance and transaction history. Keep independent transfer receipts and report a missing, duplicated or unfamiliar entry promptly. Do not rely only on a screenshot sent by another person.
Nobles Vault AppUse the official reset option or contact Nobles support. Complete the required verification and never share an OTP, PIN, password or reset code with anyone, including a person claiming to be a staff member.
Nobles Vault AppContact official support before or immediately after the change. Nobles may restrict sensitive actions until identity and ownership of the new number are verified. A SIM change does not automatically update the cooperative record.
Nobles Vault AppSecure your SIM and email, change the app credential where possible and contact Nobles immediately to restrict the account. Do not wait for an unauthorised transaction before reporting the loss or suspected takeover.
Nobles Vault AppTake note of the time and error message, confirm your internet connection and app version, then contact official support if the issue continues. Do not repeat a payment or withdrawal many times while the status is unclear. Keep the transaction reference for reconciliation.
Nobles Vault AppNo. Staff do not need your password, PIN or OTP to assist you. They may verify your identity and view authorised account information required for service, but secret credentials must remain private.
Nobles Vault AppNobles can guide you step by step through official WhatsApp, staff assistance or office onboarding. Digital-first does not mean you must struggle alone, and no member should give a staff member her PIN or OTP in order to receive help.
Nobles Vault AppUse only Nobles Vault, your verified Nobles collection account, the cooperative’s published bank account, an approved direct-debit or salary mandate, or another channel formally confirmed by Nobles. Confirm the account name and purpose before payment.
Payments and WithdrawalsNo. Do not pay registration, savings, loan or any other Nobles funds into a staff member’s personal account. A payment is valid only when it reaches an approved cooperative channel and is properly recorded.
Payments and WithdrawalsNobles prefers direct, digital and traceable channels. Where an authorised cash collection is approved, insist on an official receipt or repayment record, confirm the staff identity and verify that the amount is posted promptly. Never hand over unreceipted cash.
Payments and WithdrawalsUse the official account details displayed in Nobles Vault or supplied through verified support. Where office or authorised cash assistance is used, obtain an official receipt and confirm the posting. First funding should go into the correct member profile and product, not a staff account.
Payments and WithdrawalsCheck your app balance or transaction history and keep the bank receipt, transfer reference, repayment booklet or official receipt. Report a missing posting promptly with the date, amount, sender name, channel and reference.
Payments and WithdrawalsAn unmatched transfer is money received without enough information to identify the correct member or product. Send support the receipt, transfer reference, amount, date, sender name, destination account, member name and intended product. Nobles will verify the bank entry before posting; do not send the money again unless instructed after reconciliation.
Payments and WithdrawalsReport it immediately and do not spend or withdraw an amount credited in error. Provide the transaction reference and correct details privately. Nobles will review the audit trail and make an authorised correction; staff must not alter records informally or hide a wrong posting.
Payments and WithdrawalsUse the withdrawal function or approved support process for the relevant product. The request may require sufficient KYC, available balance, a verified payout account, identity confirmation and compliance with the product’s maturity, lien or withdrawal rules.
Payments and WithdrawalsProcessing time depends on the product, KYC status, transaction limits, verification needs, operational cut-off and banking channel. The applicable service timeline should be provided when the request is logged; do not rely on an unofficial personal promise.
Payments and WithdrawalsAny applicable charge is shown in the product terms, app or withdrawal confirmation before completion. A tenored-product early-liquidation consequence is different from an ordinary transfer or transaction charge.
Payments and WithdrawalsDo not submit repeated requests while the first status is unclear. Confirm whether your balance was debited, keep the reference and report the date, amount, payout account and status to official support. Nobles will reconcile the app, bank or payment-provider record before retrying or reversing the transaction.
Payments and WithdrawalsYes, after an authenticated request and identity checks. The new account should normally match the verified member name. Nobles may require a signed instruction, valid ID, BVN or NIN check and a control period before using the new details, especially where fraud or recent phone changes are suspected.
Payments and WithdrawalsContact your bank or payment provider and Nobles immediately. Provide the receipt, amount, date, sender name, destination and reference. Recovery is not guaranteed, especially where the funds reached an unrelated account, so always confirm the displayed details before sending.
Payments and WithdrawalsRepay through the approved channel stated in your offer letter and repayment schedule. This may include bank transfer, standing instruction, direct debit, Remita, salary deduction or an authorised and receipted collection route. Keep proof until the repayment is posted.
Payments and WithdrawalsNobles uses member registration, KYC, traceable records, app visibility, reconciliations, transaction controls, credit processes and management oversight. Members must also protect their credentials, use approved channels and understand each product’s terms. Nobles does not describe any financial product carelessly as risk-free or as a bank deposit.
Security and PrivacyNo. Nobles will never ask you to disclose your password, app PIN or one-time password. Do not share these details with staff, agents, callers, friends or family members.
Security and PrivacyConfirm the phone number, email, app screen, published account details and transaction purpose through an official Nobles channel. Be cautious of urgency, personal accounts, unusual links, spelling changes, secret fees or promises of automatic loans and guaranteed returns.
Security and PrivacyNobles collects information needed for registration, KYC, account operation, support, product suitability, lending, fraud prevention and legal or cooperative obligations. This may include identity, contact, address, employment, business, transaction, guarantor and credit information.
Security and PrivacyInformation is used to provide and protect services, verify identity, process transactions, assess credit, communicate with members, meet legal duties and improve operations. It may be shared with authorised service providers, banks, insurers, credit bureaus or public authorities where necessary, lawful and covered by the applicable notice or consent.
Security and PrivacyAccess should be limited to authorised staff or service providers who need the information for their role, such as onboarding, operations, support, credit, compliance, audit or technology. Staff access must be traceable, and secret credentials such as PINs and OTPs are not required for ordinary support.
Security and PrivacyNo. Nobles should not disclose a member’s balance, account number, BVN, NIN, repayment history or other private information publicly. A testimonial, photograph or story should be used only with informed consent and with sensitive details protected.
Security and PrivacyYes, a credit check may form part of responsible appraisal, and repayment behaviour may be reported where applicable. Late or missed repayment can affect future loan appraisal and access to credit inside or outside Nobles.
Security and PrivacyDo not click the link, disclose credentials or transfer money. Save the evidence and report the number, message, link or account details to official Nobles support for verification. Where necessary, secure your SIM, email, bank and Vault account immediately.
Security and PrivacyContact Nobles immediately through the official support number, email or office. Provide the relevant facts and evidence privately. Nobles may restrict the account while the matter is reviewed and may involve the bank, service provider, credit bureau, insurer or authorities where appropriate.
Security and PrivacyUse a strong private PIN or password, enable available biometric protection, secure your phone and SIM, review alerts, update the app through the official store and report unexpected activity immediately. Do not allow another person to operate your account without an approved authority.
